In July 2011 I went to Nairobi, Kenya as a part of Africa Yoga Project's Seva Safari. AYP is doing wonderful work. Through peace, non-violence and unity they are changing lives and communities. I had was able to help build a community center meet Africa Yoga Project teachers, spend time in Kibera and Amboseli, and I even camped with the Masai.
