 Yoga inspires me daily, not only in my physical practice, but in my work- I work with Africa Yoga Project! I am blessed to work in an organization that uses yoga as a tool of transformation to empower underserved communities in Kenya to 'lead the change.' It is a continual inspiration to see yoga out of the studio and off the mat, fostering peace and creating opportunity in the slums of Nairobi. It is also inspiring to connect with people from all over the world who are equally inspired by AYP. Their stories of growth and transformation, along with their enthusiasm and support show me that yoga is so much more than a practice- it's a way of life! Vote for Melanie here!
