Fundraising for the Africa Yoga Project organization is a powerful way for you to get involved and to create amazing opportunities for people in your community to contribute.

There are many ways to fundraise. If you're a yoga teacher, you can offer a donation-based class. You can host an event, hold a raffle, an auction, or even a garage sale. There is no limit to what you can do to raise money and awareness for the Africa Yoga Project organization, and we welcome your unique ideas!

A fundraising campaign is a perfect entry point for anyone who wants to become involved with the Africa Yoga Project organization. An individual can switch from a fundraising campaign to an Ambassador Pledge by applying to the Ambassador Program at any point. The Ambassador Program is selective, and only a limited number of Ambassadors can travel to Kenya each year. A fundraising campaign is a foundational step in embodying our mission and philosophy—engaging community while creating the opportunity for contribution.

Yoga Jams
The Yoga Jam Events were developed for AYP Ambassadors as a means to raise funds as well as bring awareness to their communities about AYP. Each event is hosted by the ambassador with promotion and marketing tools provided. These events are a simple way to gather people together and elevate spirit, cultivate community, generate abundance within your community and across the globe. The format of your event can include live music, a DJ, multiple teachers and draw prizes. They can be run monthly to gain momentum in your community or a few times a year.
