Humphery

When we all come together to practice yoga it inspires me because I feel connected and grounded together with my society and community.

I feel connected to everyone in the world who practices yoga. I fell we are all equal and grounded. When we do yoga we connect and share the ground and mother Earth.

Yoga has given me the opportunity to see the world in a new way. Now I see the world as one united universe. Yoga has inspired me to be able to meet people and talk in front of people. In my community there are schools and when I go there, they already recognize me. Through yoga I am an impact to my community.

The easiest way to live is found in yoga; when you practice consistently you find you are not getting sick and in this society many peple are coming to our training because they are not mentally fit or their body are not fit. Yoga is the way of life.
