Everybody should practice yoga because it will change at least one thing in your life.

I can really see a change in my students. Since starting yoga they have started to talk to each other and share more. When we all come together to practice yoga it inspires me because I receive from the other teachers and then I later give it back to my community.

As a yoga instructor I have learned more about who I am. Now I am invincible. I understand sometimes in life things come up and you feel like giving up but on the other side I think there is a strong sense of changing your destiny.
When people see me I want them to understand that I come from a similar background. Many people here think that yoga is a religion, but since I am also African and also a young man, it’s much easier for them to see that yoga is something that can benefit everyone.

Yoga has given me the opportunity to see the world in a new way. Now I see the world as one. We are all together and no matter where we come from or what our race is we still are one.
