For me, yoga has made me a better person, now I am a teacher and able to speak in front of my classes to spread peace.

I can really see a change in my students. Since starting yoga they have become better listeners and have better behavior. My students have lots of challenges in life, like lack of space to train, but they keep coming to yoga because it gives them a lot of hope and health.

Yoga has inspired me to serve my community by transforming not only myself but other people around me. My life would have been the same way it was before yoga: hustling and stealing. Yoga has helped me a lot with things like supporting myself and my family.

When we all come together to practice yoga it inspires me because we are all sharing and spending time together. When people see me I want them to see a positive person. Yoga has taught me courage I am not shy anymore. I have improved a lot in my physical fitness as well.
