When we all come together to practice yoga it inspires me because we are all sharing the same energy and breath. As a yoga instructor I have learned more about who I am. Now I am a role model in my community and able to teach authenticity.

My life before yoga was going astray. I was not active and I did not have anything to do. I did not have money, but since I have started yoga it has really changed my l ife. Now I can make my own money, but since I  have started yoga it has really changed my life. Now I can make my own money and I am very strong and I can stand up for myself to face anything.

I think it is important because in our community there are some girls who don't have parents or food, so they give up in life. With yoga I can help them by sharing my experiences and showing them how to change their lives.

I want to be teaching yoga every day. On my mat, I feel connected to my body and my mind. When I come into my mind, it just flows into my body; I am there, doing yoga, and that is it. Nothing is difficult because I am connected.

The meaning of yoga is to create something that is not there. Yoga is about possibility.
