I can really see a change in my students. Since starting yoga they are more calm and collected. They also have a quick positive power that I admire.

I teach acrobats and I love teaching them. They keep yearning for more classes. They keep asking me to come and that is the change. Yoga has inspired them to change their lives and it also helps them with their acrobatic skills. Sometimes they teach themselves and I just help them through it.

Sometimes I feel so low and lonely but I have learned that the mind can make me happy or sad depending on how I control it.

I am a dancer, and that is what I’ve been doing for the last 6 years. Before yoga I was smoking and my life at home was not positive. Yoga has really helped me eliminate the negatives in my life and shape up my behavior.

I think the biggest challenge I have faced is daring myself to change. It is in my mind, beating my negativity and deciding what is right  for me.
