When we all come together to practice yoga it inspires me because I see the power of all of us coming together no matter what class, tribe, or race we are. We are all together doing one thing and we can share the love within us.

As a yoga instructor I have learned how to create space before making decision no moatter what the situation is. I am healthy, loved and comfortable with myself. yoga makes me feel empowered to speak my mind and be aware of my body and actions. It also empowers me to transform peole who live in darknes and have health problems.

Without my yoga practie I would be stealing out in the streets because I didn't care about other people. I use dto have a lot of stress and miscommunication with other people and I would be rude, ignorant and irresponsible.

Yoga has given me the opportunity to see the world in a new way. Now I see the world as a lesson and also as a teacher to every experience. The world is a very good place and we should all share it equally and make it safe for each other.

What I love most about teaching is the power of speaking to people's hearts and spreading my message.
