Kevin

For me, yoga has made me a better person, now I am more flexible, tolerant, patient, and I am more fearless. Yoga has inspired me to be more open to people, be confident, and be more open to challenging life situations.

I can really see a change in my students. Since starting yoga they are more focused at work, more open to life, and can tackle life challenges on their own. As a yoga instructor I have learned more about who I am. Now I am an empowering personality who can bring joy to people’s lives.

My students have lots of challenges in life, like obesity, divorce, health issues, and family struggles, but they keep coming to yoga because they find some peace of mind and energy to move on. When people see me I want them to see a better person who can change the world.


Since starting Yoga I have developed more of a tolerance and I am much more focused. I have a forgiving nature and I get to interact with many new people with different backgrounds
