For me, yoga has made me a better person, now I am helping young mothers in my community and leading the change.

When we all come together to practice yoga it inspires me because although it is challenging, we are all going through the same practice together.

When I started practicing yoga I was 16 and living on the streets. We formed an acrobatic group called Ghetto Girls and together we started practicing yoga with Paige. Since attending Level 1 with Baron Baptiste, I have found myself and now live in my own house and support my son.

Yoga has taught me when I have something to share it with someone
else.
