Before I started yoga I faced many challenges every day that I did not know how to deal with. I was always around bad company, they would smoke, steal, and gamble, but after some time yoga changed my life... step by step and I have changed.

I can say there is a big picture for my life now. I am seeing what yoga can create in the future. From where we came from to where we are going. We can see the motivation it has inspired us to have.

Everyone should do yoga because yoga is a good practice. When you start it is hard but after some time, after you attend some classes, there is a difference. If you are stiff you become flexible. And in your mind, you know there are some masks that people wear, but they start to be removed after you start yoga. You stop pretending to be someone else and you start being yourself.

Having a relationship with other teachers you find it there is good company. I feel comfortable like I can open up my heart and open up my mind because I am in a safe place and a safe group.

I cannot say I am perfect but at least I can stand for myself and speak out.
