Yoga has inspired me to an extent that I don’t feel good if I miss a class.

As a yoga instructor I have learned more about who I am. Now I am able to teach to huge groups of yogis and I can stand before them instructing. I have also learned how to direct people to the breath. Yoga has inspired me to serve my community by being responsible to them and give back to them. Yoga has given me the opportunity to see the world in a new way. Now I see I am living my dreams. It is a long journey but through patience and commitment I see myself as a much better person than before.

Students use yoga as tool to practice concentration, now they really listen to what you have to say...before they were like bees and constantly talking and moving around.
