Everybody should practice yoga because it helps a lot in our health. It activates our body and gives us power to make things easier.

Yoga has inspired me to do new things. It has also shown me that I can work with my community through the peace and love that yoga generates. Yoga has inspired me to serve my community by teaching and showing them a new way to live, a new way to create a job, and a new way to survive.

The slums are dirty and the people who live there have a bad image, but by bringing in yoga we have brought in a change that shows people they should love one another and create unity. I see some students teaching their moms and dads and then they say ‘my teacher Patrick taught us to be strong.’ And then the next time their moms and dads will come and this makes me feel good.

Let us do this together! Because yoga is it: about one love, one unity, one connection for everybody.
