Before doing yoga I was a drunk, a gambler, and I was a very violent person. I was not a very good man. But when I started yoga I changed life.

Through yoga I have been able to meet a lot of new people and start to understand where different people come from. I want people to think positively now, I don’t want people to dwell on the negative.

I feel everyone is the same when I do yoga. I feel connected to everyone on the same level as me. For me I want to teach abroad-and I want to improve my skills for teaching yoga. I want to know the European type of yoga and the Asian type. I want to know all types of yoga.
