When we all come together to practice yoga it inspires me because I get to see all my fellow AYP teachers and we share about our lives and the classes that we teach. As a yoga instructor I have learned more about who I am. Now I am a counselor to many people in my community.
Yoga has generated in me a new sense of confidence, courage, and love of teaching.

I feel connected to everyone in the world who practices yoga. I feel we are all friends and under one sky. When my students first started practicing they would complain about how it made their bodies hurt, but now they tell me they don’t feel sick anymore. Yoga has stretched their bodies and really opened them up.

Yoga is something that gives me a connection to my mind and soul. Life goes on smoothly with yoga.
